One of the things Pandora and myself discussed before she decided to step down as an SSD staff member, was bringing the literature exercise some more views. We both thought that the website would be a great way to do this.

Well, I have finished putting together a way for us to do that and it's here, presented in a similar form to our downloads section. It is easy to navigate and is sorted by the date that each piece was written. All the past exercises are listed and future ones will be added soon.

This weeks Featured Image goes to Dishwasher Safe! Mukei and I thought this piece was truly amazing for its simplicity and professionalism. It has a very clean and sleek look. The typography is perfect. The angling of it is great, the shadow, and the coloring. The plane in its self is a great design too. Lovely background, nice style. Overall, superb job. Congratulations Dish!

Similar to the last practice only a bit wider and more forgiving, your task for this practice is to produce an image in the theme of "habitat". Lots of things can define this, the area around you if your own habitat, a grassy hill is a habitat for rabbits and other grass eating creatures, soil is the habitat of worms etc.

Please produce an image of a habitat using any media you like, traditional or not. If you plan on doing a manipulation of a habitat, please try and use stock from a legitimate website.
